Skellers Cutting Equipment Repair was established in February 2001 to support the surface-preparation equipment repair market, and later became Arizona's first Lavina certified warranty repair shop.
Shaun Kelleher has worked in the industry since 1996 and founded Blade Techs from his Phoenix home in 2002, after seeing a need for more personal attention, knowledgeable guidance and dependable follow-through.
The shop has operated at its current Phoenix location since 2004.
On January 1, 2026, Skellers merged into Blade Techs under one name: Blade Techs Cutting Equipment & Repair — combining equipment and tooling guidance with qualified repair capabilities. Established sales and repair capabilities, together under one company identity.
